Nets working the phones in search of possible deals

The New York Post is reporting that the Nets are trying hard
to make some deals before the trade deadline. If trades are not made “it won’t
be for a lack of trying.”

Drew Gooden on the trade block?

The Chicago Tribune is reporting that Drew Gooden is playing
through a sore left groin and a strained left ankle but even so he is playing
really well despite being mentioned in many trade rumors of late.

Heat and Raptors to swing a deal?

The South Florida Sun Sentinel is commenting that a deal
between the Heat and Toronto for Jermaine
O’Neal is not imminent and that reports about a potential trade were premature.
With that being said the rumor in full is that the Heat would send Marcus Banks
and Shawn Marion to the Raptors for O’Neal.

Bobcats talking trade?

The Charlotte Observer is reporting that the Bobcats are
talking trade with the Mavs. The article speculates that the Bobcats are having
discussions with the Mavs and possibly the Thunder that could see Felton and
Nazr Mohammed be moved.

Raptors / Suns Mega Deal in the Works?

The East Valley tribune is reporting the possibility of a huge mega deal between the Phoenix Suns and Toronto Raptors.

The Deal would send Steve Nash to the Raptors as part of a trade that would look something like this

Grizzlies and Bucks talking trade?

The Grizzlies and Bucks are apparently talking trade according
to a recent article in Memphis Online.

Nuggets Looking at some big names?

The Rocky Mountain Times is reporting that the Nuggets should
be looking at a number of players prior to the upcoming trade deadline.

Lee on his way out of New York?

The New York Daily News is reporting that David Lee’s days
as a Knick could be numbered.

Raptors and Mavericks looking to make a swap

HoopsWorld is reporting that the Toronto Raptors may be
looking at a possible trade with Dallas.
It is suggested that the Raptors would be looking to acquire Josh Howard in exchange
for Andrea Bargnani and Anthony Parker.
