Cleveland Cavaliers sign Miami Heat swingman Jamario Moon to an offer sheet

According to an NBA source, the Cavaliers have pulled a bit of a surprise by tendering an offer sheet to Miami Heat restricted free agent Jamario Moon. The Heat would have seven days to match starting Monday, when they are expected to receive the paperwork.

The Raptors are operating under the assumption that the Pacers will not match their offer sheet this week.
