LeBron James is one of the biggest names in basketball history. The overall number one pick from the 2003 NBA Draft has lived up to the hype and must be regarded as one of the best players of all-time.

He has won the NBA Championship twice – both with the Miami Heat – and has been named the Most Valuable Player on four separate occasions. Ultimately, he’s a dominant force in the sport but his second tenure in Cleveland may be coming to an end. At least, it is if you believe the latest reports that suggest James could be on his way out of the Quicken Loans Arena at the end of the campaign.

The basketball season may still be some way off starting but this summer has arguably been the most exciting of the whole season.

First, it saw that the Miami Heat were beatable, despite the grandeur of their roster, when they were demolished 4-1 by the San Antonio Spurs. Secondly, LeBron James has gone home. The Heat ace has agreed to rejoin his old club the Cleveland Cavaliers, ending a four your association with the Florida based side.

Both Cleveland and Charlotte are said to be prepared to make Oden an offer following the Feb. 21 trading deadline. Boston also remains interested, although it’s believed Celtics president of basketball operations Danny Ainge won’t get into any sort of bidding war.

of deal for Memphis forward Rudy Gay. Perhaps their best selling point
would be to mention how well the Grizzlies fared in the playoffs without

If and when the Cavaliers draft Kyrie Irving in 11 days, it will give
them three quality point guards on the roster. That might be one too
many for Ramon Sessions’ liking.

Sessions would seem to be the odd man out, with Irving as the point
guard of the future and Baron Davis on hand to groom him as such.
Sessions averaged 13.3 points and 5.2 assists last season, his first in
Cleveland. Now 25 and a four-year veteran, Sessions believes he can

CLEVELAND, Ohio — One message has become quite clear since the
Cavaliers’ season ended just three weeks ago. Team owner Dan Gilbert is
not interested in status quo.

He’s fired the coach, accepted the resignation of the general manager
and there are no signs of stopping.

Gilbert has qualified these moves by saying he will not be afraid to

No NBA team makes a coaching change without considering who will be the
next coach. Some plans are more feasible than others, of course.

After firing Mike Brown after five seasons on Sunday, the Cavs have
thrust themselves into a complex and uncertain coaching search. For one,
they are one of six teams now looking for a head coach. Also without a
firm handle on the future of free agent LeBron James, the team will
certainly be limited in how it can pitch its job to the top-flight
coaches they may look to attract.

Usually, teams want new coaches in place before the draft and the start
of free agency. But with the cir*****stances, the team may not be able to
