CARTER SAYS HE'D BE OPEN TO REJOINING RAPTORS AT SOME POINT

Former Toronto Raptor and current Dallas Maverick Vince Carter was on TSN Radio 1050 on Tuesday, and revealed that he would be more than open to a reunion with the Raptors at some point in his career.

"If (Toronto) gave me the opportunity, I don’t even think I’d let them finish the question. Yes. I’m in," Carter said, speaking on Cybulski and Company.

"Could I see it? Absolutely," Carter continued. "I’d leave that up to the franchise. It all started in Toronto, I’d be a fool to ever forget that."

Pacers Have No Immediate Plan To Sign Replacement For Granger

While the Indiana Pacers have been linked to players such as Mickael
Pietrus and Josh Howard this week, they do not have immediate plans to
make a roster addition, according to a source.

It was revealed
earlier this week that Danny Granger will miss three weeks because of
knee tendinosis. The Pacers are 2-3 through their first five games. They
finished last season with the third-best regular season record in the
Eastern Conference and took an early lead in their semifinal series
against the eventual champion Heat.

With Granger out, Frank
Vogel has used a combination of Gerald Green and Sam Young at small
forward. Granger, an All-Star in 2009, is owed more than $13 million
this season. Granger is expected to remain around the team while he
rehabs his knee so that the training staff can monitor his progress.

If the Knicks decide to get rid of Camby

Regarding Marcus Camby’s three-year, $13.1 million deal with the Knicks,
if the Knicks decide to get rid of Camby after his second season in the
Garden, they’ll only have to pay him a $1 million exit fee for year
three and his deal would end up paying him $10.3 million. If he sticks
for his third season, he’ll get all of his $4.2 million.

Jordan let down by Grizzlies' NBA snub

CLEARLY disheartened to be waived by the Memphis Grizzlies, Jerome
Jordan may have been hard done by rumuors indicating he had already made
plans to play in the Far East.
With the Grizzlies’ US$26m over the salary-cap entering the 2012-13 NBA
season and under new ownership, and Jordan, as a second year NBA player,
will have to earn at least US$762,195, the writing was on the wall for
the 26-year-old.
