With two months still to go before the 2015/16 NBA season starts, there’s plenty of time left for teams to fine-tune their rosters by making some trades.

Though the majority of business has been done, there are enough rumors flying around to suggest there should be some more player movement before the end of October.

2015-16 NBA season: Five potential candidates for the title

The 2015-16 NBA season gets underway on Tuesday 27th October as the Chicago Bulls face LeBron James’ Cleveland Cavaliers at the United Center, before defending champions Golden State Warriors host the New Orleans Pelicans in the evening match. This is the 70th season of the National Basketball Association and all 30 teams will be eager to impress and make an impact on the league standings throughout the 82-match campaign.

LeBron James went to Miami for the warm weather to help him heal

Sources reported that this week, LeBron James went to Miami so the city’s warm weather can help him deal with his knee and back strains, and bookmaker software services believe that this just might be the best thing that the player can do right now.

Cavaliers coach David Blatt said that team doctors advised the player to not go to games because constantly sitting down on the bench wouldn’t help his back.

LeBron gone

The basketball season may still be some way off starting but this summer has arguably been the most exciting of the whole season.

First, it saw that the Miami Heat were beatable, despite the grandeur of their roster, when they were demolished 4-1 by the San Antonio Spurs. Secondly, LeBron James has gone home. The Heat ace has agreed to rejoin his old club the Cleveland Cavaliers, ending a four your association with the Florida based side.

Bobcats look set for busy deadline

The Charlotte Bobcats are expected to be one of the busiest teams in the league in the run-up to the February 20 trade deadline, with the franchise looking to build on their impressive season so far shock the Betfair odds by reaching the playoffs. The Bobcats have exceeded expectations so far this season, coming into this campaign on the back of two seasons in which the team had lost 120 of 148.
