Wade on his impending free agency: 'My heart is here'

Could it be this simple? Could Dwyane Wade have ended the debate less
than 21 hours after the season’s final bounce?

"My heart is here and anybody who knows me, I’m mostly heart more so
than anything," Wade said outside the Miami Heat locker room Wednesday
evening, a day after the Heat was knocked out of the NBA playoffs by the

Rutgers could eye 76ers’ Jordan

As Philadelphia 76ers coach Eddie Jordan counts down to his imminent
dismissal at season’s end, he could soon be a serious candidate for the
job at Rutgers University, sources told Yahoo! Sports.

Jordan has “significant” interest in returning to try and resurrect his
alma mater’s fledgling Big East Conference program, a source close to
him said Saturday.

DENVER – Kobe Bryant said he’s still planning to play for Team USA in this summer’s World Championships – if his health permits.

Jordan: Iguodala 'isn't a guy that carries you'


Andre Iguodala is an excellent defender, a solid passer and a very good all-around player.

But he’s not the type to dominate games in the half-court offense, according to Sixers coach Eddie Jordan.

practice. "It’s not necessarily his MO. He just isn’t a high-level,
