Bryant still hopes to play in Worlds

DENVER – Kobe Bryant said he’s still planning to play for Team USA in this summer’s World Championships – if his health permits.

LeBron James and Dwyane Wade announced recently they’re leaning toward skipping the World Championships in Turkey. Both will be free agents this summer and have cited business and family commitments as reasons why they might not play.

March is crunch time for NBA general managers and scouts who are
crisscrossing the country to get a last look at draft prospects before
the college season ends. And that doesn’t mean just stopping at the
power-conference tournaments like the Big East, ACC or Big 12.
Twenty-four NBA scouts and executives attended the Western Athletic
Conference tournament to see 10 prospects, including heralded Nevada
sophomore forward Luke Babbitt.

Jordan: Iguodala 'isn't a guy that carries you'

Andre Iguodala is an excellent defender, a solid passer and a very good all-around player.

But he’s not the type to dominate games in the half-court offense, according to Sixers coach Eddie Jordan.

All-Star Zach making trades look fishy
