You can trade the pick, but you can't pick the trade

Dallas reportedly has been chasing the No. 5 pick to get Hill, and,
Williams believably claims the Warriors are deeply interested in his
point-forward skills. Golden State general manager Larry Riley says his
squad will take a point guard or some beef up front, but it is unclear
how Hill would help the fast-paced Warriors.

Warriors to look at Andre Miller

There is a lot of talk flying around right now and the talk is reported
in the San Francisco Chronicle that the Warriors should try to sign
Andre Miller who is likely to leave the 76ers as a free agent this
summer.

Jamal Crawford to be moved or opt for free agency?

Mercury News is reporting that “Coach Don Nelson has told
guard Jamal Crawford that if he doesn’t opt out of his contract, the Warriors
will trade him this off-season.”

Ellis Unhappy with the Warriors

The Contra Costa Times is reporting that Monta Ellis is
unhappy with the Warriors and “he won’t be joining the Warriors on this
four-game road trip, which continues tonight against the Detroit Pistons.”

Anthony Randolph Working his way off the team?

The San Francisco Chronicle is reporting that Anthony
Randolph may be working his way off the Warriors team.

Making moves for the Warriors could be tough

The SFGate is reporting that the rumor mill is churning with
less than three weeks to go until the trade deadline however it will be
virtually impossible for the Warriors to deal Monta Ellis because of his base
salary and that the Warriors do not have any “popular big contracts that expire
in the summer of 2010.”
